The main reason it is of interest to us is the possibility of a “wireless user” at our location causing interference with our satellite downlink.

There was a period of comment on the FCC NPRM. It was followed by a response period and a comment period.
 
We expect the FCC to rule on the NPRM in 2nd qtr of 2019.
