The jury is still out in my state (MN). We are required for our LP1 and LP2 to monitor two Minnesota Public Radio stations (News and Music). I received both LP1 and LP2 up around the cities, but the sites monitoring the Mankato MPR stations were silent. Fortunately my IPAWs worked on those MN sites so I did both receive and transmit.
I had one site in IA, where my ISP (Wireless) was down so I lost my IPAWs. I was on site yesterday morning and everything was good, but sometime today (at 11:38pm), it went down and we didn't find out until we attempted to query the Sage unit. Again I received and transmitted but it wasn't perfect.
And Yes my phone buzzed three time with a message about the alert.
