Our ENDEC did not.
It was actually the "Wireless Emergency Alert” that was sent out to cell phones, and the EAS alert was sent out via broadcast outlets.
**Yes**, it should have interrupted your on-air broadcast immediately upon reception (from any one of the various monitoring sources including IPAWS).
You should probably (make that “definitely”) check that out.
