Has anyone in any state received a national EAS test yet?

Dish Network munged it on-air; cut between program video and a full-screen EAS alert (white text on black) multiple times and separately cut audio between program audio and EAS tones.  Audio and Video interruptions were not in sync.

EAS audio was obviously multiple generations old and dirty.

Local TV stations went to either a crawl or (in one case) pure colorbars.  Oops.

Wasn’t listening to radio at the time.
