I've got a GSC-3000 with a voice interface that has stopped making or receiving calls. We normally use the Lynx software for readings and control, but need the voice interface for callout after hours. I can still see it there in the Lynx software...it just doesn't make or receive calls. The phone line itself works both inbound and outbound. I've removed the lightning protection from the line with no change. The connected phone rings on inbound calls and can pick up or make outgoing calls. I have also power cycled the unit with no change.

Any ideas on common problems, or suggestions on somewhere to repair? I have an email in to Burk about repair, but my recollection is that they don't support stuff that isn't current.
