If I understand your question, yes. I have given access to the remote sites to others so they can access them on the same account. The only thing they require is that you not exceed the number of devices on the account either accessing or being accessed.

Steven - good info, but still very curious as to Tim's original question -

Does it let you share user info across different devices, or would I need to purchase additional users?

That is, can I have one account to access my remote sites, and use that same account on my laptop and tablet and phone without buying 3 licenses?

With the Splashtop Business model,a single user can login to the several machines assigned to that user in the Splashtop account.  Currently, a "pro" plan user can remotely access 10 different computers.  To add additional hosts, you would have to purchase additional "users" to be able to assign those additional computers.  LogMeIn is host-based-- pay-per-host makes sense with a server that many users will be accessing.  Splashtop is user based-- pay-per-user makes sense when one user needs access to several servers.

When I started using Splashtop, I recall that it was $60/yr for 50 hosts.  That changed to $60/yr for 10 hosts a couple years ago.  And it looks like Splashtop just recently changed/segmented its pricing when it added new features.  Before August 20, 2018, the pricing was $60/yr for one user to access up to 10 computers.  This is now cut to 2 computers, and a $99/yr plan has been added with updated features and allowing for up to 10 computers.  (For existing users, it looks like the $60/yr, 10 PC pricing is grandfathered provided the new features aren't required.)

Splashtop isn't immune to pricing tweaks, but they aren't nearly the jaw-dropping levels of LogMeIn price increases.

Started the 7 day free trial of Splashtop Business. Noticed the cost is per user. Does it let you share user info across different devices, or would I need to purchase additional users?
