There’s no indication on the Chrome Web Store that the extension is disappearing. In fact, the latest update was July 18. Where did you learn that it was going

Chrome RDT does not require any firewall settings, you can set any PC with it to be visible on your Google login, and the Android phone app is pretty nice as well. But the
product is being removed from Chrome already and only my older PC's which already had it installed can use it - the app is no longer in the Chrome app store for new installs it seems. Once you learn to love something it just....disappears...

Does Chrome RDT require port forwarding or is it a client/server/client system like TeamViewer & LogMeIn?

I second Chrome Remote Desktop. I have it on multiple computers. Great for just KVM operation. It does have bugs, but I am getting what we paid for it.

Logmein has gone crazy with their pricing. Looking for an alternative that offers the same features. Leaning towards Splashtop. Anyone familiar with it? I've gotta have a
stable platform that offers sound, Android & iPhone compatibility, and a very user friendly interface.
