If you look up the primary station you are interested in, fccdata.org will show you all the translators listing that station as the primary.  Some of them might be "dismissed" applications, but everything is there!

Anyone familiar with the reporting tool as to how I might mine the information?  Radio-Locator seems to have limited listings.
