Kevin,

If you use the Comrex BricLink CC or “contact closure” jack on the unit, it is a fairly rare 9-pin Mini Din connector.   Matching plugs are available from Mouser, part number 806-KMDAX-9P.    Soldering wires to this plug needs a magnifier, the pins are very tiny.   I wish Comrex would have used an easier D-sub connector for this.

Thanks Bill,

I will keep that in mind.  I have several sites that are considering a cell backup and that function would be great.

We are pushing backup audio via a cell connection using Comrex BricLinks.   Fortunately the remote BricLink has a contact closure input that will enable/disable the stream connection.   This contact closure is connected to our backup audio silence sensor so the BricLink sits idle until the silence sensor automatically switches over to the backup.  Saves using a lot of cell data.
