VLC can do this. And it’s free. May require a little command line work to automate saving it to an output file. See this video to allow multiple instances of VLC to run simultaneously: https://youtu.be/MHmdecVB9vA
Works in both Windows and Linux.

Subject: [CRTech] Multiple Simultaneous Streams from one Computer?
Let me see if I can explain this correctly….
Each week we connect to and record several live web feeds simultaneously. We use about five different computers in five different studios to do this.
Is there a way to do this on one computer? I can deal with the recording part. I will most likely do that with some solid state recorders since we need to occasionally stop a recording and grab some audio off of it. I am mainly looking for the web streaming part on one machine instead of five.
Any help would be greatly appreciated.
