Each stream would require a separate audio output on the computer - which can be done with multiple sound cards, as long as the app that is grabbing the stream can also be selected to play out a specific audio output. Got an -channel USB or fire wire sound card? Give it a try!

Subject: [CRTech] Multiple Simultaneous Streams from one Computer?
Let me see if I can explain this correctly….
Each week we connect to and record several live web feeds simultaneously. We use about five different computers in five different studios to do this.
Is there a way to do this on one computer? I can deal with the recording part. I will most likely do that with some solid state recorders since we need to occasionally stop a recording and grab some audio off of it. I am mainly looking for the web streaming part on one machine instead of five.
Any help would be greatly appreciated.
