FWIW, we have been using LookSomething for our phone app. It's $99/yr and the user can control/publish the background, logo, data, stream connection, and special messages from a web dashboard. The downside is that they are located in Greece (I think) so if you need to chat with them, it's harder. I have done everything through email with no trouble. We use ChristianNetCast for streaming service and our app connects to the stream reliably.
