Interesting. I have never seen the AMR-100 software lock up like that.

When the software froze, could you access anything on the menus of the UI or activate the refresh button? Or was the UI totally locked up?
 
To the best of my knowledge, the only times we've had issues with not getting programs, which is very rare, were related to network or internet connectivity issues. The AMR-100 UI is normally very reliable.
 
(Sorry I don't have a recommendation for the sniffer software you asked about.)

hmmm. what rev is your UI? latest is 1.31.45. lots of improvements. that would be a good place to start, especially if you're still at 030, the last 'mandatory' update. we've been wanting to send out another mandatory update for many months now, but the 'feature creep' keeps it from settling down enough to do that. so we hope folks having trouble (or not having trouble) will check the UI updates (Help menu) and keep themselves up to date.
