The answer is yes.  I have had the display return as the building cooled.  Especially if the cabinet was somewhat hot to touch.

You have to have a switcher or cable for direct operation. You will need a password and login.  The standard is "Nautel" and I think the passwords "password". I would have to look it up.

The UI screen is blank, but I think it's on - just no characters.  I suspect the temp when we got there was over 120 in the room. The transmitter is on and I believe it's at the same power level where I left it last. I just can't see anything and I have no control.
