We're using Radio Spider 12.7 and it's been working fine for us. Just check the log for the past week's worth of programs and it has downloaded ok.

Our old version of Radio Spider does not support Secure FTP and it works fine...so maybe if you've been trying to use SFTP you should try with just plain FTP and see if that works.  Or perhaps something in your firewall has changed and you need to change the status of your Passive Mode?

Anyone else having trouble downloading Lighten Up? I've used Radio Spider to download it for  quite sometime. They changed the login info back in April, but it's been working fine until recently. Today I can't seem to get into it at all. I've tried FileZilla today as well with no success.
