I have an Omnia ONE AM in service right now and it has asymmetrical modulation control. I would be shocked if that is not also present on the 9.

The ONE is okay, but definitely sounds like a lower end box compared to Orban 9300/9400s and higher end Omnias. For the price it is fine and has been reliable.

I ran an Omnia ONE on our AM station that we had at the time and it gave me asymmetrical peak control. I'm pretty sure that the 9AM and the VOLT AM will also do that.

One of the things we like to do in AM is have asymmetrical modulation values and have to fit the NTSC profile. The Omnias don't look like they do that.

In the most recent issue of Crawford's The Local Oscillator newsletter they rave about the Omnia 9. If you are considering a 9300 or 9400, you might have a look at the 9 too.

I'm considering replacing or possibly refurbishing my AM audio processor. Has anyone had experience using or testing the Inovonics Novia 236 AM processor on a live station?

The Orban 9300 is tempting but so much more money. Has anyone had experience with this one? I hear that it's good.
