Apparently Best Buy is reducing its CD inventory but not discontinuing entirely.  Yet.
Digital sales overtook CDs in 2015, and streaming sales overtook digital sales in 2017.  The times, they are a changin' (which you can still buy on CD at Amazon...or just play the YouTube version!).

Who would have ever thought vinyl records would survive in the marketplace after CDs became common media?
Well, Best Buy is about to discintue selling CDs but plan to still sell vinyl records fro another 2 years, at least.
