Trying to wrap my head around that. I think it makes sense to me...

360 -122.2637 = roughly 237.7.    122 is what we would measure from horizon to angle of look. But suppose the measuring starts 0 at a straight up look?  Then you would get 237.  I'm sure the satellite guys will set me straight.

I was also contacted regarding correcting the angles. I haven't had time to go back and try to solve for their numbers versus the ones I calculated.

I have two more sites with dishes, and their corporate owners are doing a bulk filing, which is fine with me. :)

Just an update on my FCC filing. Finally hear from them today. Submitted on the 6th of June.

I used a calculator SES suggested(http://www.rfwireless-world.com/calculators/Antenna-Elevation-Azimuth-Calculator.html) and the numbers they recommended ( ~70 - 140 W ). The FCC requested a correction on E58 and said the angle should be 237.7. I'm a bit confused on how they got that number.
This page of converters and calculators section covers Antenna Azimuth and Elevation calculator. It takes earth station longitude and latitude, satellite longitude and delivers antenna azimuth and elevation as outputs.

Latitude for our dish is 33.9014 or 33 54' 5.117"
Longitude is -98.5383 or 98 32' 17.92"

My answers on form 312:

E56: 135.7252
E57: 40.19167
E58 122.2637
E59 31.02769

Anyone mind helping me figure out where I was off?

Thanks,
