           Darcey is correct. I’m pretty sure that standard procedure is to only have the upper connector factory–installed. 1) You might need to adjust / trim the length of the coax (at the bottom) once it is attached at the upper end; 2) Having the lower connector pre–installed could present complications with building entry / port entry.

I know many of you have used RFS cable. I've got some 1 5/8" on order with connectors already installed but when I read the manual I see that I need to install some ferrite chokes on the transmitter end and they won't fit over the connector. How hard is it to take the connector off and put it back on? OR should I change my order to not have it installed and I install it on site?
