I sure would expect someone at Sage to be able to help you.
Have you tried?

Subject: [CRTech] Sage fix?

Hi, everyone, is there someone who has already figured out how to quiet the Sage model 3644 so it will not oscillate and interfere with the AM receiver listening to the LP1? When I push one of the display buttons while I am monitoring the LP1 on 960 kHz the frequency of the interference with the LP1 changes frequency. It is like some regulator in the Sage is oscillating near 1 MHz. I will take it apart on Tuesday when I plan to be there and see what I can find. I am hoping someone else has already figured this out and could save me some time looking.

Many thanks to all the list for the helpful posts.
