if you find the original phase-loss relay has voltage setting range all the way up to something like 660V, you will need to part with about $500 or more for a replacement from the manufacturer, OR, go buy a generic one from Grainger for about $100, I forget which transmitter parts guy told me theirs is so expensive because they only stock one part: it will work on any voltage & any frequency, in any country they sell their transmitters. That's good for them, but if you're not planning to ship your transmitter outside North America & only using a common power grid, you can save a lot by buying generic.

Take a picture of the original and note dimensions, if in a tight space,

I would second that observation....those 3phase detector relays have caused me grief through the years.  Harris and Continental used them...don't know about BE. If power is good, no fault lights...good place to start.

And does this transmitter have the same orange 3 phase detector that the Continental tx has? Those have a cap that goes bad. Very frustrating to find.

Simply watch the red led on that box.
