Is there no known off the shelf replacement for the original APS supply?  I believe that he told me it is 5 / 12 / 24vdc outputs.  A lot of those switching supplies are pretty similar but the 24vdc for the LNB is a bit weird in todays voltage lineup...

I just had him specifically check the PS outputs and they all rhythmicaly pulse in time with the relay chattering and display backlight pulsing.  Unplugged, the PS output seems to still be pulsing but not as noticeably.
