We're looking into getting a new Nautel 5KW transmitter. They are rated for a max output of 5500 watts. Management wants to run it a full output for a max ERP. Is that something you have done? or would even consider?
To me, it feels like I'm gonna get in my car and run full throttle 100% of the time! Don't think it would last too long at that rate.
