or just search for Si4703.

i've worked with that chip. it's pretty easy to program with a micro-controller. search around some and you'll find them built into radios with displays etc.

Essentially all I need is just a very simple analog FM receiver, that can be readily modified to drive an analog meter movement. Audio output would only be needed to assure the correct station is being received.
