Hey Gully,

I have found the Inkeeper PBX is a mixed bag with some systems. I'm not modifying them; if they work, they work, if they don't, we do something else.

We are trying to keep as many of our old Lucent Partner systems going, as long as possible, because they work soooo well with analog hybrids. Much better than the handset hyrid bit.

I've installed the Inkeeper PBX at a client's site, and while it worked, it seemed that the Innkeeper was being overdriven by the signal that would have been going to the handset's earpiece.  Clipped out in the recording, and it was definitely on the "audio coming from the remote caller" side of things.  The kicker was that the PBX phone did not have a provision for increasing/decreasing the handset volume.

Has anyone had to put resistors inline with the handset audio going into an Innkeeper PBX?
