It was a Compel error message that made me think it might be authorization.  It may be the port switch that takes in four RF ports.
Thanks for info,

The only programming needing authorization from Salem is for their long form music programming out of Nashville, such as TCM, TWIP, Solid Gospel, etc. None of the teaching programs and other content on SR1-SR6 or SNN require authorization. Any conventional U4K or 4600 should be able to receive them, once configured with the proper frequency information. If you have a network specific U4K, like from FOX, that has a network emblem on the front panel, then you may be out of luck.

You should be able to contact Derek Anderson at SRN at 972-707-6904 for assistance.

HTH,
Michael

On a U4k, going to AUDIO SETTINGS / DETAIL SETTINGS through the front panel should allow you to gain access to any network still available on the DVB.

Are you able to get that far or are you locked out of the screen?

Hello,

I am somewhat sure a Unity receiver has to be authorized and I need to find contact to give serial number information.

I can't seem to dig anything up.  Any suggestions ?
