Jim- With the new system in LMS, all ownership reports for all stations - commercial and non-commercial - will now be due at the same time. No more will they be tied to license renewal cycles for any of the stations. The "effective date" remains 10/1/2017 so I can surmise that they intend to move back to the 12/1 of each odd-year being the due date for filing these in the future.

What's in here? These reports are filed every other year and in connection with the sale of a broadcast station and reflect what entities and individuals hold "attributable" interests in a broadcast station (that is, interests the Commission deems convey some influence over the station).
Is a Bienniel a Complete ownership report? Or do I keep all the bienneals and the last sale reports?
As a followup to that, when is the next biennial report due? The new system for filing these reports is very difficult to navigate.
