you might be safe in doing that for yours as long as you get the "-FM" as may be needed.
But going live is not an issue either, as long as you have everything uploaded by the deadline it won't really matter how it looks right now.

About to wrap up my OPIF adventure, it’s been fun (Glad I’m no longer taking care of 14 stations…..)
Does anyone know if there is a way to know what the link you need to put on your stations website will be without actually making it live? I’d like to get the link to my website people ASAP because mit may take a day or two to get it done but I wasn’t going to make the file public until Monday or Tuesday.
I assume it will be something like www.fcc.gov/publicfile/callsign? Or maybe facility ID#?
