Basic Station Information page where your license is posted, add it to “Additional Documents”.    You could make a new folder labelled STL Authorization.

In which folder are we to post the STL authorization?

The question raised on this forum about RPU and STL athorizations in the PIF.  I emailed support@fcc.gov and got this reply.

Dear Terry Cowan,

There is no need to upload the authorizations for RPU. The STLs have to be posted under a particular station's Public Inspection file.

If you have any further questions, or need additional information, please submit a help request at https://www.fcc.gov/wireless/available-support-services or call the FCC Licensing Support Center at (877) 480-3201.

This is interesting as both RPU and STL stations are in the Broadcast Auxiliary Service.
