The question raised on this forum about RPU and STL athorizations in the PIF.  I emailed support@fcc.gov and got this reply.

Dear Terry Cowan, 

There is no need to upload the authorizations for RPU. The STLs have to be posted under a particular station's Public Inspection file.

This is interesting as both RPU and STL stations are in the Broadcast Auxiliary Service.
