SES (the satellite operator) had changed their site topology so I’ve now fixed the link plus added one to Microspace’s sun transit page for SES-2..
SES now wants one to “register” for use of their tools but it looks like the sun transit and center of box tools can be used regardless..
If the “peak disturbance” day format of the new links aren’t exactly what you desire you might revert back to one of the previous formats (such as CrTech) and use the “GE-3 at 87 degrees W” menu pick..

When it didn't open for me, I tried to bring up the Internet Archive of it. The last time it was crawled, was about 2 years ago. Nothing since. Methinks it's permanently kaput. :(
