I've still got two of those cards in a computer here. I had set it up for backup, but that backup got replaced by a newer backup. :)

Per your other comment about ops trying to do other things on the automation computer...we have avoided this by having another computer in the same room dedicated to internet, email, word processing, etc. Our main control room is the main work area for whoever is on duty, so it makes sense (in our studio) to have another machine dedicated to everything else.
