Thanks Bill. I did figure this one out on my own through trial and error. We have two with the renewal authorization where a right click is required. I agree, many people won't figure that out, and will only be able to see the first document, which appears to be expired. Not at all user-friendly.

The license I have that's problematic is the only document there. It won't open even with a right click, and when it's downloaded, Adobe Reader says it can't be opened and may be corrupt. I'll see if it begins working--otherwise, I'll try support.

Alan--thanks for your thoughts as well. I totally missed the baby blue line with the phone number and link for e-support. My screen ends just below the login. The top of the blue line is actually there, but no text was visible, so it just looked like a border. All I've ever done on that page is enter my information and log in, so I never even realized there was more to the page!

Just received a reply from the FCC IT Service Desk about the non-viewable license authorizations in OPIF.

It states:   “Please try to Right Click and Open in New Tab for each document. Currently, all 3 stations have viewable documents in View Other Authorizations.”

Tried their advice and it works.   But I doubt the general public will know when all the other documents are one simple mouse click away, and certainly hope the FCC enforcement bureau knows this trick.
