I use both TeamSpeak and Free Conference Call. TeamSpeak is just an online conference with a chat capability. It is an app you download to your computer. It is available for all platforms, Windows, Mac, and Linux. Free Conference Call is a web based package which also has a telephone call-in function. You can share your desktop with attendees to show whatever you need to show.

I have found GoToMeeting to be nearly foolproof and affordable.

As far as foolproof goes, there's always GoToMeeting. It starts at $20/month for unlimited conferencing of 10 attendees.

I’ve been tasked with finding a reliable and easy-to-use solution for online conferencing for our manager and board members. They tried Jitsi Meet last night (which I think is very good) and experienced some dropouts and so forth. I’ve tried both Jitsi and Appear.in and to me they seem to work well and seem very easy to use, but evidently some were having issues connecting. Anyway, I have to come up with a solution for our little ministry that will work well but won’t be too expensive or complicated. And foolproof. Got any ideas?
