For the ownership report, you only need the latest one in there and the new one is due March 1, 2018. You turn off all old reports once the new one is there. The FCC is supposed to load those reports anyhow. We just filed our new one and heard that they aren't showing up in the online files yet. Legal counsel said to either wait until Mar 1 and see if it finally shows up or scan it and upload it now and see by the due date if they put it in. You should not need to upload any of those reports. Ours showed up from way back and we had to go in and turn them all off except the latest.

OK, I may have assumed something wrong...If there are no Federal elections in odd years, and as a non-com I'm only required to provide access to "actual Federal candidates," am I supposed to have a political file entry for those odd years? I have not done that in the past. I have only included entries for the even years.

Also if in this OPIF process, we find that we are deficient in filing a biennial ownership report on time, can we expect a fine soon?
