Searching the site ecfr.gov produced the following language in the two 73.3526 sub-paragraphs:
“The lists described in this paragraph shall be retained in the public inspection file
until final action has been taken on the station's next license renewal application.” (my emphasis)
as does 73.3527(e)(8). So somebody setting up this info in the OPIF site got confused. Documents relating to things that are/were the subject of
FCC investigations are to be retained until notified.

What's in here? These are quarterly lists prepared by stations of programs they aired during the preceding quarter that provided the stations' most significant treatment of community issues.
