Thread-topic: [CRTech] OPIF System Health Update

Searching the site ecfr.gov produced the following language in the two 73.3526 sub-paragraphs:

“The lists described in this paragraph shall be retained in the public inspection file until final action has been taken on the station's next license renewal application.” (my emphasis)

as does 73.3527(e)(8).  So somebody setting up this info in the OPIF site got confused.  Documents relating to things that are/were the subject of FCC investigations are to be retained until notified.

This is from the web page were you upload the programs and issues

Issues/Programs Lists

Rule § 73.3526(e)(11)(i), 73.3527(e)(8)) for television stations and 73.3526(e)(12)(i), 73.3527(e)(8))
Retention Until notified in writing that the material may be discarded.
What's in here? These are quarterly lists prepared by stations of programs they aired during the preceding quarter that provided the stations' most significant treatment of community issues.

I just received a call from the FCC saying that the reported issues had been resolved BUT some connectivity or speed problems may be evident during high traffic times.

Now to get my ducks back in a row and proceed with my setup appointments.
