Spiceworks is free also. Definitely more of an it helpdesk oriented package, but you can freely define categories.

The price is right.

I’m using a program called Asana now which is working great for me to keep track of to do items but I would really like to make it easy for other staff members to submit a help ticket for a repair, question, see upgrade progress, etc.. but also be able to run some reports for management to stay connected with my work. 

I would prefer something free of course but open to paid as well. I have been looking at SpiceWorks Help Desk software and a couple others but would love to hear your thoughts before diving in to deep.
