Once you find the problem line, you might try inserting a telephone DSL Filter, if you are using balanced lines. They cut out signals above audio, although it might degrade some of the higher audio frequencies, slightly.
Keep in mind that an AM signal can be rectified by a bad, or corroded, solder joint. And once it is turned into audio, there is nothing which can separate it from the desired audio.
One time, I was receiving Radio Nederland on my personal Sony tape recorder. This was in a church in Buffalo, NY. There were no known shortwave broadcast transmitters in that area. In the same room, there was a 100W Bogen audio amp, which drove some large horn speakers in the steeple. Speakers were connected by about 200ft of unshielded wire. That wire might have been a resonant antenna for some frequency. It was the only place where I ever had such issues with my equipment. The church had intermittent issues with CB signals getting into their speaker system, occasionally. That was also not totally resolved while I was there.

I've seen this when an input ground/shield is open or there are other inputs open with the gain up. Make sure you don't have input cables to the console or amps that are live but open (not plugged in.

Are you using shielded conductors for feeding audio to the powered speakers? If so, is that shield connected to the sound board's ground and in turn to an earth ground? Are you using balanced input and output to feed the powered speaker (TRS or XLR) or is it only a 1/4" mono (unbalanced) connectors?

When you unplug “most†of the snake does it go away? I assume you need one line to feed the monitor.
When the station comes through, is it with inputs on the console turned up?
How good is the grounding of the console and/or the speaker? Look out for ground loops. The ground in the power plugs may not be good.
