From what I’ve read, AMD is not affected.  Just Intel processors which includes ARM.

I am told from a very reliable source:

 

"The vulnerability is in Intel, AMD and ARM CPU chips. The fix will ultimately require a bios update for every machine along with Microsoft updates. "
