I received the following email from Calvary Evangelistic Mission who operates 3 stations in Puerto Rico.  WBMJ and WCGB are operating on limited schedules due to the cost of fuel.  WIVV is still off as the tower is on the ground.

Here is the update:

Update Wednesday December 20, 3 Months since Hurricane Maria. Our Electric in Puerto Rico today is 65.4% generated at Instant Maximum Load.  We still have NO POWER at the 3 Radio Station Transmitter Sites.  Most people are on their 3rd generator, We are on our 2nd 50k Generator at 2 different sites. 55% of all functional Telecommunication sites are still running on electric generators. PR has 3,674 workers on the electric grid. We have installed 12,899 poles & need 52,000 more.  We also need Transformers for the poles.

Note:  65.4% generated does not mean 65.4% of the people have power.  According to this report only about 20% of the poles needed have been installed.
