Is the forward power still normal?  Can you check to make sure you're
actually putting out that much power and the meter isn't reading out a
false reading?  If you have a dummy load and antenna feedswitch
available, what does your forward and return power look like into a
straight resistive load?

Do you have any weather conditions that are notably different from
yesterday?  Lots of rain, humidity, etc. that could be getting into
the feed line?  Maybe a weep hole opened up and let out standing water
inside something?

Normally such moisture would *negatively* impact the efficiency, but
anything's possible depending on what might be going on...

There's always the temptation to ignore a positive change in your
system's performance, but anytime something changes unexpectedly, it
would be best to thoroughly investigate it to understand what changed
-- because it may change again, and not in the manner that would
necessarily be beneficial.
