perhaps someone typed 'tone on' in your command menu? you will see a msg on the front saying it is in test tone mode.

type 'tone off' to stop it.

it is one of the possible abuses if your rcvr can be seen from the outside.

If your unit is behind a firewall we can re-enable it easily with a remote command..

Guys,

 

Is there no longer a way to access the command interface?  If not, is the front panel the only way now to change anything other than the IP address?  It looked like I might be able to change that with the export/import function.  I can't seem to find a way.
