Thread-topic: [CRTech] SDRs in broadcast

Hey Kevin,  If you are looking for a self-contained receiver that doesn’t need a PC, and can do StationRotation for up to 30 frequencies, why not take a look at the Inovonics INOmini 634 for AM, and the INOmini 635 for FM?  They can send you text messages, emails, keep logs for signal and audio loss, as well as let you stream the audio to any web enabled smart phone, tablet, laptop, or PC, from anywhere in the world!

Are you referring to the Pira CZ silence sense software?  I use it in various situations to detect audio loss but I am wishing to do all of this from a receiver here at my shop that would be scanning thru about 15 individual FM freqs and at least that many AM frequencies.

Have you looked into pira cz? I have it installed on the transmitter computers and its free software.
