Any SDR software measure modulation, and pilot and subcarrier (RDS) level? I know not important measurements but a rough idea?

SDR# software does RDS.
I bought a $15 dongle. SDR# is free software. Its interesting but not anything I would use for important measurements.

Quoting Wiely Boswell <wiely@faithradio.org>:

So which one(s) does RDS ?
I did a quick look and could not confirm RDS

Some are amazingly cheap
Not sure my 175$ RDS Play does RDS

I use one for a quick and dirty test tool. I wouldnt count on it for

Works well enough to see some spectrum, check rds, check out the band,
etc....

Anyone using one of those SDR USB dongle receivers either as a
modulation monitor, or any other application in a broadcast environment?
