Saw it and realized that since I got the email, my internet connection was up and that's the only thing in the CAP service I control.
It's been up and down before.

“This appears to be a problem at the server end. FEMA is working the issue. Once corrected, your ENDEC should then be able to poll IPAWS again. There is no action you can take at this time.”
So if you were concerned like I was… don’t be.
