I (and Inovonics) can vouch for Arctic Palm, and the Center Stage Live program.
We believe in it so much that we add a card (used to be CDs…!) in with our RDS encoders, recommending that people check it out because it works so well.
It usually resides on your automation PC and collects data from your automation system and then formats it for RDS encoders, web streams, and even HD Radio.
It makes everything look really nice and can insert commercial content (or sponsorships for the non-coms…) or program schedule names as well as artist and title information.
If you have any questions, reach out to Stu Buck at Arctic Palm as he’s always happy to assist.

Can you insert RDS only ads into the RDS data?
Does it also communicate with streaming services at the same time?
I assume that we will need a static IP or dyndns type url and port forwarding setup on the TX router to receive the data? At this time, static IP's are not available at the tx site but probably will be in the

Arctic Palm is awesome. It's the middleman between your automation and your RDS encoder and the feature set is great.
We use it to send RDS data via IP to the Nautel. Works really well.

Are any of you sending RDS song data and/or scheduled RDS advertising from BSI Simian to Nautel transmtters AND streaming services?
We did it many years ago via a serial cable from early Simian products to Audemat encoders with limited success but have clients wanting to try it again. Most are using later versions of Simian and VS or NVlt
Nautels and have internet at both studio and transmitter.
I see numerous mentions of ArticPalm software but have zero experience with it.
How are you sending/transporting/receiving the data over the internet?
