Because we're live-staffed 24/7/365, certain buttons are pressed *A LOT* (like MIC 1) so having easily replaceable, physical switches is paramount. :)
If it's a simple as lifting up the top of the board, removing quick-connects, popping out the old and popping in the new switch... that would be ideal! (If I were to design a board, this would be a key feature! EASY replacement of the most failure-prone parts!)
