Here is an overview of the island as of yesterday (10/23)

Update as of Monday Oct 23. Thursday Electric was 21.6 Friday 18.5% it dropped to 12.3% to 16.6% & now at 23%. Not much in Metro San Juan area. Water 73%. Cell Towers 53%. Cell Phone Antennas 33%. Open Ports 100% Banks opened 70%, with Little Electric or Internet they can only offer certain functions. Tourism is at 52%. Post office 92% but has a back log. Today after weekend NO mail in box. Army Corps of Engineers (USACE) planned Monday Oct. 23 to give us an Energetic Boost with 2 generators brought to PR w/ 50 Megawatts. This was to join 230,000 volt line that comes from the South of the Island. Big Set Back, Isolators Defective & Short Circuiting the System.  There are 2,200 miles of Transmission lines & 30,000 miles of Distribution Lines.  There are 404 Electric Brigades at work, 231 from Electric Company, 7 USACE, & others contracted in next 3 weeks we hope to have 1,000 Brigades. The goal is to have 30% w/ power by end of October & 95% power up by Christmas, not clients  .  76 cases ofUpdate as of Monday Oct 23.
