Ah, yes... that's the page I found in the list below the error message. :) I also found a link to "dd for Windows" and now I'm looking at that. It claims that it DOESN'T do any "conversion"... so if I'm reading that right, it would just COPY the ISO onto the thumbdrive? Or will it create the necessary files & structures from the ISO to make the thumbdrive bootable? Otherwise, I'll have to set up and run my Linux Mint system to make any of this happen. BTW, I'm still fairly new to Linux... maybe only up to my knees, and this looks like it may end up being waist-deep. ;) Willie...
