I should clarify – I haven't tried it with the Rivendell LiveDVD ISO.

 

I've used Rufus for many Windows ISO's over the years.

I haven't tried it myself, but grabbing the ISO and loading it onto a USB stick using Rufus should have some success.  You may need to tinker with the various settings… I'm not sure though.
